# Claude + Google Maps = Your First $297/Mo Client Channel: Adam Erhart Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6soGhZm8edc Duration: 15 min Language: English Words: 3328 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/6soGhZm8edc --- [0:00] If you still don't have your first client, or you've got one and you're stuck trying to find the next one, the problem probably isn't that you're not working hard enough. It's that nobody ever showed you where to find the businesses that actually need your help, because they're hiding in plain sight, right there on Google Maps. And you can find them tonight without a cold call, without a sales call, and without spending a single dollar on ads. Let me give you a real example though, because I found a landscaping company this week that's been in business for over 15 [0:27] years and has five reviews on Google. Meanwhile, all of the companies on the very same page have 124, 115, and them, the three with 100-plus reviews have a lot more proof working for them. And this business owner may never know how many people just scroll right past them. And that's exactly the kind of business that you can charge $297 a month to help fix, which is why I'm going to show you the entire thing start to finish. How it works is that you do one search, one [0:57] copy and paste prompt, and one message. And then the owner asks you to send the report. So, let's get into the actual search first and I'll show you how I found this business. Step one is the search and it's exactly as boring as it sounds, which is good news for you. See, I'm going to go to Google and I'm going to type in landscapers Franklin, Tennessee. I've picked landscapers as the type of business and Franklin, Tennessee as the place, but you can do this for any type of business in your own town or any city really, as this is a completely location-independent business model. Now, when the results [1:27] come up, you're going to see the map section with three businesses in it and underneath that, you're going to see a button that says more places. Click that because this opens the full list and this is where we're going to find the businesses that nobody is helping. Now, step two here is the part that's going to feel a little bit like cheating because you don't have to manually click into 80 different listings one at a time. Just click anywhere inside of this list, hit select all, and then you're going to want to hit copy. And that is [1:53] the entire technical part of this video. Every name, every rating, every review count, every how many years in business, all of this just came along for the ride. Now, once you've copied that for a few pages, step three is where the AI comes in. Now, for this I'm using Claude, and while I do have the paid version of it, the free version works just fine for this as well. So, I open a new chat and I paste the entire list into it. Then, above that, I just paste this one prompt, which is really just the instructions that are telling Claude what I want it to do with this list. So, [2:21] I'll put that up on screen right now, and it's also inside of my Agency OS, my collection of tools and instructions that I'll tell you about in a minute here. So, about 30 seconds later, this is what comes back, with the weakest businesses at the top. Now, number one, we've got Sprout Landscaping with 3.7 rating, nine reviews, and 25 years in business. Claude even explains why this business is there, because it's sitting one listing above a competitor with 434 reviews, which is the biggest gap on this entire list. Next, number two is Southern Lawn and Landscape with a 3.0 rating, a whopping full point above my [2:55] high school GPA on my dad, and only two reviews. This is followed by number three, Brown's Lawn and Landscape, which has been in business for 15 years and has four reviews. And then we get to number four, Southern Creations Landscaping. 3.4 is its rating with five reviews and 15 plus years in business. To decide which business to start with though, we need to check the actual profiles, because Claude can only see the text that we pasted here, and there are two things that it can't check for you. So, the last part of this step is [3:24] to open the top few listings yourself. Now, I call these neglected listings ghost town profiles, and there's three signs that can help you spot one. Sign one is that the profile looks untouched. So, you might see old photos or no photos at all, along with a description that barely says anything, and details that clearly haven't been filled in. Sign two is a low review count when [3:44] compared to the businesses around them. And sign three is the dead giveaway of all of these, which is that nobody ever replies to the reviews. What you're looking for is a business that's clearly still open and doing work, and you only need two out of those three signs in order to proceed. Let me pick one for you here. We're going to go with number four, Southern Creations. Now, Google has them at 15 plus years in business, which tells us this is a real company, and we can see every one of the three signs right here on the screen. First, there isn't a single uploaded photo on [4:13] the profile. Second, only five reviews have come in after 15 years in business, so that's not good. And then third, not one of those five reviews has ever gotten a reply from the business owner. And the newest review is already three years old, and the oldest one is 13 years old. So, I know this isn't an amazing prospect because over the past 10 plus years, I've built three seven-figure agencies, worked with over 1,500 small businesses, and run thousands of campaigns. And today, I do it all as a one-person agency with zero employees. So, this isn't something that I just read about somewhere. This is what I actually do every single day. So, [4:46] let me show you what I do next because everything from this point to the end of this video happens inside one piece of software called HighLevel, which is what I use to run my entire one-person agency with zero employees, but I'll tell you more about that in a minute. For now, I want you to see the tool inside of it that turns the listing that we just found into a client. So, what we're looking at right here is the prospecting tool, which is the part of HighLevel that you can use to find potential clients. I typed in the same search here, landscapers in Franklin, Tennessee, and the same business has [5:13] come up. But now, there's a number next to each one showing how likely that business is to become a client. That number is called the conversion rate, and it's there to help you choose which business to approach first. Anyway, we can see here is Southern Creations sitting at 65% making it more likely, and when I click add, HighLevel takes a minute or two to build a full audit report, which is a check of how the business is doing online and where it needs help. Now, an important note here is I'm generating this report now so I can show you what comes back. But when you're doing this yourself, you want to [5:44] wait to generate the report until after the business owner says yes to that first message, which I'm going to show you in just a minute. Here's the finished report with the overall score at the top. And this one is 14%, which is the lowest score that I've actually ever put on this channel. Now, this is a different number from the conversion rate number that we just looked at because that number told you how likely they are to become a client, whereas this number on the screen, that's for him. And this is his overall score that [6:10] shows how his business is doing online. So, that's the number we're going to be showing them. So, let's read through this report really quickly, the way that he's going to, starting with the Google Business Profile, which scores 40%. His address, his phone number are there, but after that, it's just a row of red X's because there's no photos, no hours, no website link to it. Then, we've got listings at 29%. Now, this checks 30 different directories, which are places where businesses get listed online, and he's listed wrong or not at all in 19 of them. Under reviews, we can see he has five on Google, a rating of 3.4, and 0% [6:43] of those reviews have been replied to. Then, we get to the local ranking, which says 10 plus, meaning that when somebody near him searches for landscaper near me, he isn't showing up in the top 10. Now, important to note here that the report shows more problems than the ones we're going to fix. So, for $297 a month, which is what you're going to be charging him, you're focusing on fixing his profile and his reviews. The listings and the rankings, those are a later conversation once he's already a client. Now, real quick here, if you want to pull this exact same report for a business in your own city or any city, [7:15] really, here's the fastest way to do it. I've got a link in the description below this video where you can grab an extended 30-day free trial of HighLevel, and when you start through my link, you're also going to unlock my complete Agency OS, which has over $15,000 in pre-built funnels and follow-up automations and client outreach scripts and sales scripts and a 30-day HighLevel quick start, all installed into your account with one click. There's private community access as well, and a whole lot more, and the link's in the description below. So, now that you know how to find the business and how to create the report, this brings us [7:45] perfectly to what you actually write to the owner. You see, the whole thing happens through three short messages that you send by email. Now, if there's no email on the listing, you can use the contact form, which is the form for sending a message through a website, and if you can't find that, you can use Facebook or Instagram DM as well, but the message you send pretty much looks the same either way. So, here's what that looks like. Hi, business owner name. I was looking at landscapers in Franklin on Google and came across your listing. Congratulations on being in business for more than 15 years, but I [8:15] noticed nobody's responded to your reviews and the profile doesn't look like it's been updated in a while. That can make it harder for people to find and choose you when they search for landscapers in Franklin. I put together a short report showing a few simple changes that could help. Would it be all right if I sent it over? No charge, yours either way. And when he says, "Sure," well, that's your cue to hop back into HighLevel, click add, and then generate the report. Then, you send message two using the score from his [8:43] actual report, which in this case is 14. So, here's what that message looks like. Here's the report. Your listing scored 14% and the biggest gaps are the unanswered reviews, the outdated profile, and how far behind you are on review count compared to your competitors. I can update the profile, take care of the unanswered reviews, and install a system that automatically asks new customers for reviews. Then, I keep it current each month, responding to new reviews and making sure the profile stays up to date. It's $297 a month flat with no contract and you can cancel at any time. Take a look through the report and if you'd like me to take care of it, [9:18] just reply here. When he says, "Yes," you send this message next. Perfect, I'll send over a payment link and the 2-minute instructions to add me as a manager on your Google profile. Once that's done, I'll start the fixes and send you the before and after. Okay, so he said yes, he paid, congratulations, you've now got a client. So, now the question becomes, how do you actually [9:37] deliver this service and get results? Well, good news here because the service is pretty small, it's simple, and it's almost completely automated. So, here's what it looks like. Once the profile is updated, you install the review engine, which is my three-message system that automatically asks every new customer for a Google review. Also, you don't have to build this yourself because it's already in my Agency OS, ready for you to copy into his account with just one click. So, let me show you the three messages that it sends in the order that the customer gets them. Message one goes out the same day the job is done, and it [10:08] doesn't ask for anything. There's no review request, and there's no link. It's just a check-in, and it looks like this. "Hey Sarah, this is Mike from Southern Creations. Just checking in to make sure everything looks good with the work we did today." Now, that message does more work than it looks like because if something actually is wrong, well, the business owner finds out right now while it's still easy to fix instead of 2 weeks later through a one-star review. Then, message two goes out a couple hours later or right after they [10:33] reply, and this is the actual request. So, here's what it looks like. "Hi Sarah, Mike here from Southern Creations. Just wanted to say thanks again for the opportunity. If you have 30 seconds, would you mind sharing your experience in a quick Google review? It helps other homeowners know they can trust us." Then, there's message three, which is the one that almost everybody skips, which is crazy because this is the one that tends to generate the most reviews of all. Before sending it, the system automatically checks whether she's already clicked the review link or not, and if she has, stops right there so nobody gets bothered twice. If she [11:04] hasn't on the other hand, it waits, sends one gentle reminder, and then it stops. So, here's what that reminder says. "Just a quick follow-up. If you haven't had a chance yet, we'd really appreciate a quick Google review." Now, you can tweak these messages a bit if you want, but there's one thing that is not optional, which is that every single customer gets the same Google review link. You never want to send it only to the customers that you think are happy, and you never want to offer anybody anything in exchange for a good review because that's called review gating, and it goes against Google's terms of [11:33] service, so we just don't do it. Now, a big question here that pretty much always comes up is how does the system know when the job is done? Well, it's actually pretty simple. The business already creates that signal every single day. This could be an invoice going out, job getting marked as complete in their booking software, whatever they already use. And worst case, if they don't have any of that, most of them do, the owner can literally just text the system the customer's info and that text is what kicks off the whole sequence. Everything after that's automatic. Now, most months this is probably going to take you [12:03] around 15 to 20 minutes per client. I usually just say 30 minutes though cuz I'd rather overestimate the time than make it sound easier than it really is. And the nice thing here is that the numbers are pretty simple. See, everything I've shown you runs inside of HighLevel and the plan that I'd recommend is the $297 a month unlimited plan, which gives you unlimited client accounts. That means your very first client covers your entire software cost and every client after that is nearly pure profit. There's text, calls, and AI usage that do add cost as you grow, so you build those into your price. And you [12:34] don't have to build any of this. It's already sitting in my Agency OS. You just copy it directly into each new client account with one click, make a few small changes for their business. Oh, and quick tip for when you're signing up for your free trial here, and this is just me looking out for you, you're going to see a few different plan options when it comes to signing up for your free trial and I just go with the $297 unlimited plan. This is the one that's going to give you unlimited client accounts, which is everything that you need to run what I've been showing you. You really don't need the [13:00] $497 plan, the $297 plan is more than enough and I'd hate to see you paying for something you're just not going to use. And just so it's clear, you get full access to my Agency OS and all of the bonuses no matter which plan you pick, so there's no wrong answer here. Plus, it's a free trial anyway and you can always upgrade or downgrade later, so don't overthink this one. Now, before you go out and put this into practice, I want to give you two warnings because both come from watching people get this wrong in ways that could have been avoided. Warning number one, Claude only [13:27] sees the text that you pasted. So, before you message anybody, make sure to open up the actual listing, look with your own eyes. Make sure the business is still open, the name matches, and the review count is what Claude said it was. Because, if you write to a business owner about his five reviews when he's actually got 50, it's obviously not going to work. And warning number two, and this one's the biggest, don't send the report until he asks for it. The reason message one works is that it asks permission first by saying, "Would it be all right if I sent it over?" That one single line is like the entire strategy [13:59] here. Because, not only does it change the power dynamic of your relationship, but it also saves you from doing a ton of work for businesses that were simply never going to reply. So, do that, then fix their listing, turn on the review engine, and screenshot how their profile looked before versus a month after. Cuz that one before and after shot becomes the proof that you then show the next [14:18] business, and the next one after that. So, here's exactly what I do right now. Grab the extended free trial of HighLevel through the link in the description below. Load in my agency OS, and get your review engine installed tonight. So, when one of those neglected listings that Claude hands you says yes, you're ready to turn it into your first $297 a month client. But, here's the thing. Everything I just showed you today is just one piece of how a one-person agency actually works. If you want the full picture, how to pick your niche, how to price your services, and how to put every system together, I put [14:48] together a complete free masterclass that I've got linked up right here that's going to walk you through the entire thing step-by-step. So, make sure to tap or click that now. I'll see you in there in a second. --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI (https://viewrankai.com).
