And in the next 18 minutes, I'm going to give you the five most valuable things I've learned. Starting with lesson one, turn your existing skills into money. This is where most people get stuck. They think they need to learn everything about AI first, like agents [0:20] and automations, before making money. But it's actually the opposite. You need to start by figuring out the skills you already have that someone will pay for today. Because the fastest path to a million dollars is making your first thousand. [music] So everything in lesson one is about getting you there as fast as humanly possible. I call it the 1K money sprints. And this is where Claude will help you. One of my most viewed videos ever was just me doing this on camera. This is the actual prompt I used and you should steal it word for word. Give me two ways I can make my first thousand dollars in 30 [0:53] days. All of them have to use skills I already have, not require an audience, and be sellable within 48 hours. Ask me clarifying questions until you're 95% confident. And that last line is so important. It makes Claude interview you instead of guessing. It'll ask about your background, the people you know, what you're actually good at, and then give you realistic options. When I ran it, AI knows my content creation background. So mine came back with ghostwriting for startup founders, where a single yes can be hundreds of dollars per month at least. So in about five minutes, you'll go from I have no idea what to sell to two real offers you can [1:32] start selling this week. Next is lesson two, teach yourself with AI. You do not need to buy a thousand-dollar course to learn stuff. You can literally just ask AI to teach you. When I pick up a new AI tool, I don't search for a tutorial. And by the way, I'm never going to sell you a course because I've watched people pay $4,000 for a useless course, spend 20 hours studying AI agents and automations, and then finally, when they go to help a real [2:06] person, that real person just wants to know how to download [music] ChatGPT on their phone. So, don't over-prepare. You are probably ready today. So, the payoff of lesson two is one, save yourself thousands of dollars, and two, this is the important one, use AI to become the person who just figures [music] things out. So, let me pause for a second because lessons one and two were all about getting you set up, figure out your offer, and learn stuff without buying rip-off courses. The easiest way to make your first dollar with Claude is to just help someone set it up and charge them a couple hundred bucks. That's it. I know that sounds too basic, but here's the thing people don't get. You watching this, you're in the AI bubble. You probably know what Claude is. You know some good prompting tips. Maybe you've heard of projects and skills, but step outside the bubble for 1 second. Most of my family who watched my videos still don't use Claude. My neighbors have barely heard of it. Normal people do not watch YouTube videos about AI. Some of [3:22] the most common questions I get every day are literally, "How do I write a prompt?" or "Which AI app should I download?" That is the level most people are at. So, while everyone on YouTube is telling you to build an AI automation agency, the actual money is in the basics. Look at the videos on YouTube that have millions of views in AI. They are just the most the basic Claude for beginners tutorials, barely showing what's possible. And that's because most people are beginners with AI. But this is good for you. This is an opportunity because you don't need to be advanced to charge someone $300 to sit down and set [4:00] up Claude for them. You just need to be a few steps ahead of them. And honestly, if you've been watching my channel, you are already ready. So the payoff is your fastest possible first dollar with AI. One person, a couple hundred bucks in the most basic setup ever. Do that a few times and you got real money coming in and you didn't need to build a complicated thing. Now onto lesson four, [music] make content for businesses. In my experience, most small business owners [4:26] don't actually want to learn Claude. Nobody really cares about prompting or creating skills. All they want is the outcome, more time or more money. So instead of just setting up Claude for them, you can use Claude to create content for them to help automate their marketing. Now I know what you're thinking, "Uh but I'm not a copywriter, I'm not a designer, and I'm definitely not a video editor." Honestly, neither was I. But here's what's changed and it's kind of insane. Claude can now write good content itself. [music] It can write a whole month of posts in a business's brand voice. You can even hook it up to Canva to make carousels [5:03] and infographics [music] on brand. AI can even make and edit short-form videos for free. Check out Hyperframes or Remotion. And then publish everything to social media automatically using Blotato. Now I've got step-by-step tutorials on my channel for everything I just mentioned, so I won't go into the details here. But my point is one person with Claude can now generate a month of good content for a business in one day and then distribute it everywhere. For example, one Instagram reel that I scripted with Claude in my own voice added about $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue to my business. That's $120,000 a year from one Instagram reel. I I used [5:45] Claude and Blotato to build DM automations that would convert the attention into revenue. Now, that's for my business, but imagine this is a service you can do for someone else. Every single month and you get paid every month. So, the payoff of lesson four is recurring income because every business needs content every single month, but none of them have the time nor expertise to do it. So, you can be the person who does it for them with Claude [music] automating a lot of the tedious work. And once you're doing this for a few clients by hand, the natural [6:21] next step is to stop doing it by hand. This is where automation comes in, lesson five, build an AI employee. This is the one that finally feels a little advanced, but stick with me because it's actually a lot simpler than people think. Everything so far, you've been telling Claude what to do, but the real leverage is when you build an AI employee, an agent that does a narrowly defined piece of work on its own without your constant prompting. So, let me give you a real example. I have an AI support agent that handles questions from thousands of paying customers 24/7 while I sleep. It uses Claude plus a couple of [6:57] tools so that I don't have to sit there and answer the same basic question all the time. And it gets better. I have a second agent whose only job is to check the first agent's work and if an answer wasn't good enough, it reopens the ticket so that I can personally address the issue. And I have a third agent that reads my human answer and in the background, it's updating my documentation so my first AI support agent will give the right answer next time. So, it's basically a little team and it's not just for support. Remember all that content I was talking about? I run that same kind of AI employee for my [7:34] content. For example, finding my video drafts, writing captions for each platform, building out DM automations, scheduling my whole week. Now, I want to be honest with you because this is where everyone gets confused. The main way I make money with Claude is building my own software startup. And as someone who actually does that, I'm telling you don't start there. Building a product is one of the longest, hardest paths to your first dollar. And most people who try vibe coding never see their first dollar. I can do it quickly because I have a brand and because I sold an AI company before this. So, it's my second [8:08] time around. But, that's just not most people. However, the payoff of lesson five is you can stop trading your hours for money by building AI employees that run a narrow set of tasks, whether it's support, content, or whatever. Obviously, with continuous human oversight and feedback. Don't just let your AI employees do whatever. You need to be checking every single day and providing feedback so they can learn and improve.
