# 6 Meta Muse use cases that will change your life Channel: Alex Finn Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Hw4nHrTMR0 Duration: 12 min Language: English Words: 2453 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/5Hw4nHrTMR0 --- [0:00] Meta Muse is for sure one of the best AI agents out there right now. You need to be using it. Check out all of these incredible things I'm doing with it right now. So, first off, it's saving me thousands of dollars a month. I've been feeding it all of my uh credit card statements into Muse, and I have it every month go in, check it out, then go through my email inbox, and find the ones I'm not using. This morning, it saved me $200 a month because it found Perplexity Max. Apparently, I've been paying $200 a month Perplexity. I don't even know what I'm doing it but by the [0:33] way, it went in, and as you can see here, it went and it goes into my browser by itself, and it just cancels the subscription for me. Perfect. Thank you. I told you you're logged in to continue. I'll verify it canceled. I asked, "Did you do it?" Yep, it's done. Boom, $200 saved just like that. And it's a completely free AI agent. This is what you need to be doing, right? The ROI on this is literally infinite. It's completely free. Feed it your credit card statements. Go in. Say, "Hey, find all the subscriptions in my credit card statements, then check my email, and see what I'm using. See what I'm using, what [1:07] I'm not using, and just cancel the ones I'm straight-up not using. I haven't used Perplexity in months." My Muse figured out I haven't been using it, and boom, just like that, it's canceled. I'm not I'm saving $200 a month because of that. This is like what Muse specializes at over all the other AI agents out there. Like, Grok bot, incredible. And by the way, at the end of this video, we're going to go through I'll show you exactly which agents you need to be using uh for which use cases, but this is like what Muse is best at. It's best at for those like daily tasks. Not like [1:38] the power knowledge work tasks you do, but like kind of the daily tasks. Finding subscriptions not you're not using, replying to emails, saving you money, finding things online for you. That's where Muse specializes in. Let's get into the second use case here. This one's one of my favorites because it stops me from having to do a task I absolutely hate. If you're anything like me, you just like hate being in your [2:01] email. You hate being in your email. News makes it so I don't have to go into my email like anymore ever again. Every morning I wake up, it goes through all my emails from the last 24 hours, and then it actually comes up with responses for me for those emails. If there's any work that needs to get done for those emails, it does it, and then it drafts me the response, and then all I have to do is go, "Hey News, send that, send that, send that, send that." Boom. I don't need to use my email anymore. I'm done. I I don't have to go into my email [2:32] for the rest of the day. It's incredible. This is the auto email replier. It's not automatically sending emails for you per se, it just automatically drafting them, and then you just go and say, "Hey, send, send, send, send." You know, I'm still not at a point where I'm going to have my agent like automatically replying for me to things, but I have to go up to that [2:52] final step, and then I go, "Okay, good. That's good. That's good. Go, go, go. Send, send, send." Now, my entire interaction with my emails is going in every morning, reading the drafts as in, "Oh, yep, that looks good. Send it. You're good to go." Boom, I'm spending less time doing things I absolutely hate, which is reading and replying to [3:11] emails and Slack messages. It's amazing. All you need to do to set this up, connect your Gmail, so it's like a Gmail plug-in. It's one click, it's good to go. Once that's in, you just say, "Hey, build me a routine where every morning you go in, you check all my emails, you write me a draft, and then I'll tell you which ones to send." And then it goes and it just sends it for you. It's really good. No more time spent in your email inbox. This makes your life a lot better. So, here is a task I have to do all the time, which is I have to restart my RuneScape Dragon Wild server. They patch like RuneScape every single day, and they force you, if you have a dedicated [4:03] server, to reset it yourself manually. If I had to do this myself, I'd have to go online every 10 minutes so that my friends who play on it can keep playing on it. But, instead, all I have to do when I get alerted they released new patch, I just go to my Muse, I open up the app and I can say, "Hey, restart the server." It knows exactly what I'm talking about. And as you can see here, it literally just signs out of it. It just It just restarts it itself. It just goes in and like It knows what I'm talking about when I say, "Restart the [4:30] server." That's all I have to say, "Restart the server." It goes, "Okay, I'm on it. I'm signing out, and then I'm going to reset it. You're good to go." Any kind of repetitive task you do on a daily basis, anything you do over and over and over and over again, just have your Muse do it. It is spectacular at doing things on the internet for you, maybe more so than any other AI agent out there. I don't know what they did over at Meta to make it really good at using the internet, but you just go in, and whatever you do on the internet on a [4:57] regular basis, whether it's restarting a server if you're a huge nerd like me, or something else like that, or you're checking a stock, or you're setting your fantasy football lineup, whatever it is, think of the things you do over and over and over again, and then go in, say, "Hey Muse, this is what I want you to do." You kind of tell them how to do it, and then it remembers it as a memory, and it goes and it does it itself over and over and over again. So, repetitive tasks Meta Muse incredible at. You want to make sure it's doing those kind of repetitive tasks for you. Here's another [5:26] one that comes back to saving you money, and it will find you money you are owed online really, really well. Here's an example. So, I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and apparently someone like sued Apple because of the way it works, and then everyone with an iPhone 15 Pro Max got some sort of money out of it. I didn't know this. I just told my Muse to go online and find me money I'm owed. I saw a tweet about it. I handed to my Muse. I said, "Hey, I don't know what this is about. Go in, figure out what this is about, and see if money is owed [5:59] to me." It went, it found the money, and it submitted the claim. Now, I'm getting like $200 or something from Apple because of I have the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I don't even understand what I'm getting the money for, but I'm getting money from Apple for it, and I wouldn't have been able to get it without Muse. This is something it's amazing at. Whether it's finding money you're owed, whether [6:18] it is finding unclaimed uh money online. People don't know this, but like if you live in a state and you rent or buy a house, like a lot of the times the government, for some reason, owes you money. It owes you money for property taxes or something like that. You are probably owed money right now, and Meta Muse, just cuz it's so good at using the internet, is like made for this type of use case. So, if you're using Meta Muse right now, make sure to go online, go there, uh say, "Hey, Meta, find me money I might be owed by the government. Here are the states I live in." And it will [6:51] go, and it will just search for you and find you money owed to you. It's done this for me with like Massachusetts state taxes or or property tax or something. It found me like $400. It's incredible. You need to be using it. One of the really, really good use cases for Meta Muse. Here is one of my favorite features of Meta Muse, and I wish they had this in like all of the other AI agents. I really wish they had this kind of like goals functionality in all of the other AI agents. So, what Muse is really good at is being proactive for you. So, if you have goals that you put [7:24] in the Muse, you just go to the goal section, which is over here on the left-hand side. Put in a bunch of goals, it will proactively start doing things for you. So, one of the things I'm trying to do recently is uh actually grow my LinkedIn and grow my Instagram. Link for my Instagram down below. Follow that. I'm going to put some sort of content on there. It's going to be banger, it's going to be great. Follow that. But anyway, I put them trying to grow my LinkedIn and Instagram. What it [7:47] did for me was, check this out. It just started proactively making content for those platforms. So, LinkedIn apparently carousels work really, really well. Well, here we go. It made me this carousel of seven mistakes I've made uh building software with AI. Really, really And I'm going to just take it and post it on LinkedIn and start getting likes and follows and everything like that. You want to be taking advantage of goals. This is something no other AI agent has is this goals functionality. You put that in, it just starts making things for you. It just starts creating things for your goals and getting you closer to your [8:23] goals proactively. Again, that's the beauty of AI. It helps you do the things you've always wanted to do and less of the things you absolutely hate. Now, instead of having to spend any sort of time on LinkedIn, it's creating the content for me. I can post it. I'm good to go. Use goals, put a few goals in, and watch the proactive magic happen for you. And here is one that's made my life so much easier. Again, not having to do things I absolutely hate doing. It's doing my taxes for me. So, as long as you keep feeding it your credit card statements, it will do your taxes for [8:58] you. So, I have it go in and actually goes in and splits up my expenses based on what it knows about me and my business. Splits it up between business expenses and personal expenses. So, I can quickly go in when I'm doing my taxes, and I can just copy and paste everything from this spreadsheet into my tax software. It even Look at this. It even does it by sub category. It has the sub categories expense. It just figures everything out. This typically, if you're a business owner and you do this before, you know this takes hours and hours, sometimes days and days and days to do. It did this in literally like 45 [9:35] seconds. Now, my time I was spending on taxes, which was honestly probably close to 40 hours a year, is now down to like 7 minutes. So, if you do taxes, anything like that, I I hope you're doing taxes. Uh I won't narc on you, but I hope you're doing them. Muse makes it so much easier to do, especially if you're a business owner. All right, so which agents should you be using with which tasks? I know I cover Muse. I cover all the other agents. Like, the number one complaint I get every time I talk "Well, you just talked about Grok Bot an hour ago. You just talked about Hermes last [10:08] week. You can't be flip-flopping and switching all around like that." Uh yes, I can. I can be doing that, and you should, too, because each agent is really good at different tasks, right? Like, first we have Grok Bot, right? Grok Bot is really good at kind of your diversified work. It is a really good knowledge-working tool. You can have multiple agents covering multiple different type of tasks. It's really good at knowledge work. Dots, which is ChatGPT's new agent, is spectacular building at coding because it can control Code X. You have Hermes, which [10:42] yes, I still use Hermes. I love Hermes. I love it. It's so good at local AI stuff, network administration, doing things on your computer, because it really doesn't really need your permission. Does anything you tell it to do, so it'll move files around my computer really well, load up local models, things like that. And then you have Muse. Muse is for your daily life stuff, not your knowledge work, your kind of quick tasks, things online, daily life stuff. It is so good at that, and it's free, so you have no excuse not [11:12] to be doing it. I hope this was helpful. This is kind of a new format of a video I'm doing. Let me know what you think down below. Do you like this new format? Is it better than your kind of screen share face in the corner type format? I want to make it more fun. Let me know down below. I hope this was helpful. I had so much fun making it for you. I'll [11:29] see you in the next video. --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI (https://viewrankai.com).
