# How I Turned Claude Into My Personal Board of Directors (No Code Guide) Channel: Navin Ramharak Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=461-wcEqeHk Duration: 11 min Language: English Words: 2995 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/461-wcEqeHk --- [0:00] Most people using Claude or other AI models for business decisions are making a very dangerous mistake. They pitch their idea to Claude, Claude tells them it's great, they feel validated, and then they go spend their time and money building something the market never [music] wanted. That is not a business advisor, that is a hype man with a subscription fee. Every major AI lab, including the one that built Claude, has publicly acknowledged that their models are trained to be agreeable. It is not a bug they missed, it is [music] a side effect of how the training works. So, I built a fix. Instead of one agreeable answer, I set up Claude to challenge [0:28] your idea from every angle and tell you exactly what to do next. And I'm going to show you how to build this inside of Claude in under 5 minutes. And I will also show you at the end of this video how to frame your question to the council in a way that gets dramatically better output. Most people frame it wrong and get watered down results. That one framing shift can change everything for you. So, let's set it up. Okay, so the first thing you're going to do is obviously open up Claude, claude.ai, go there, make an account if you don't have one. If you have an account, sign up for [0:51] at least the $20 month plan, it'll get you going. I'm going to show you how simple and easy this is, no agents, nothing crazy, no skills, nothing to install, just one copy-paste prompt. Okay, so we're in Claude right now. You can open up your projects in the sidebar. You can go add a new project. Now, you can call this literally whatever you want, but obviously for the sake of what we're building and doing, [1:08] I'm going to call this the AI council. Anytime you make a project, obviously name it exactly what it is. And of course, you can obviously put here descriptions for you're trying to achieve, what you're trying to do and build. This is like totally up to you, and you guys can call it anything you want if you want to, but you don't have to give anything here. Okay, but basically what this is is just a board of advisors for my ideas. So, what we'll do is for now, we'll save that. We're going to go create projects. So, now I want you guys to understand that we're inside this [music] project, okay? And I [1:32] want you guys to understand that right now it's bare-bones. There's nothing inside of here, and there's no files, no instructions, no memory, no nothing. You can see it's literally brand new. I'm making this together with you guys, literally live right now. Now, of course, you need to understand that I'm going to give you the exact exact prompts. You'll have this link in the description. You can click here to get the AI council prompt, and you'll get everything literally for free from from me today, okay? All this stuff I'm giving you, I built an entire little landing page for you guys to understand everything about it. It's all free. Keep [1:55] [music] that in mind, okay? Everything I'm doing for you guys always going to be free to help you learn and understand how to build, monetize, and scale your business. When you're in your project, the most important thing you want to do is either add your files or your instructions. For the use case of this demo right now, we're going to focus on instructions. Now again, I told you I'm going to give you this exact prompt, right? So you don't don't need to worry about it right now. But we're telling the AI we're telling our AI council our project exactly what it is. You're a board of directors, you're not an [2:19] assistant anymore. And we have five council members. We have the contrarian who's a risk specialist, right? So you can see here right now we broke it down into role, perspective, and behavior. Okay? That's how we're doing it. So the contrarian, their job is to find why your idea fails. Then we have a first principles thinker. That's the person who's going to help you rebuild it from zero. The expansionist is the third thing. They think, you know, 10 times bigger. They're the growth catalyst for what you're trying to do and build, okay? Then from there, what do we have next? [music] We have the outsider. They attack from a totally different industry [2:45] and perspective. Then we have the executor who tells you what it takes to actually ship this. And should you do it or should you not, okay? Then of course we have the chairman, the most important person in this. The chairman who weighs all five opinions and feedbacks, everything from these you know, five individual personas we created, and [3:00] gives you one final verdict. Do you go? Do you Is it a no? Do you pivot? What do you Should you do based on that? So you see here we've built this out fully. Each person [music] has their role, perspective, behavior, exactly what they do and how they operate. It goes all the way down to the chairman. You see we have workflow and debate rules. They have independent evaluation. You cannot work or or think together in group think. You have neutral framing, no hedging. You have to be completely honest. Then you see here it's going to have a debate with each each individual of the five personas. Then we're going [3:24] to send it to the chairman's verdict. Of course, then from there we have a few other things I have built in for you guys that I'm going to show and explain to you. Now keep in mind, I built all this for you. All you have to do is make a new project, name it, title it, come put your instructions in it and you're good to go from your bare bones, you're good to go. If you want to take it one step further to just add a little bit to it, add your business deck, add your your one-pager, add your website, whatever under the files here, you'll go [3:46] upload from device, add some documents, add a Google Drive folder, whatever you have that just gives a little bit more context around your business. That's all that you need, but you do not need to do that. Okay, so now that it's set up, let me actually show you guys a few different examples that we can run through, right? So, here's my first example. So, we're going to evaluate whether we want to launch a paid membership community for one of our audiences, price it $49 per month. It's going to include, you know, a a live group call, resource library, private member chat. We have 40,000 followers, you know, we have an email list. Our [4:11] goal is that we want consistent monthly recurring revenue from the council. We're going to run it. So, I'm going to show you guys in real time how this operates. And again, this is something that I know so many business owners need because they need other minds, they need other people helping them think and process their thoughts and ideas before they put it out in the world or before they go build it or before they spend money on it or they before they invest on it or before they invent a new product. There's a million different use cases on why you would want an AI uh council to debate and talk about your [4:37] ideas. And keep in mind, the project instructions I gave, we can make it complex, we can make it simplified, we can make it extremely catered to your exact business use case or industry. What I've created is just kind of a a more generic one, but still obviously very good have very high-end that can work across multiple different businesses. [music] Now, you can see you want it to deliberate and gets going, it literally tells you the AI council's in session and now it's going through everything. Okay, so first one we have to debate. We have our five roles right here, right? So, again, you have the [5:02] contrarian, it's going to go through. You have the first principles thinker, you have our expansionist, we have the outsider, we have the executor. So, you can see here you're getting five completely different things. So, contrarian is going to go at the weak point. So, here's what it's saying. You have 40,000 followers followers and 1,200 emails. That ratio is the whole story and it's a death sentence for this launch. You don't have an audience you can sell to. You have an audience that will rinse attention from Meta and TikTok on their terms. So, again, it's a literally going at you from a devil's advocate perspective. [music] It's [5:29] telling you the flaw, it's telling you everything. So, that's one. Then we have the first principles thinker. It's going to reframe what actually, you know, let's say what people actually pay want to pay for. Strip the offer to its parts. You're bundling three things with three different value curves. The resource library is a one-time transfer value. It's telling you it depreciates to zero. The chat has value only above a critical mass. And then it says the live call is the only component with genuine recurring value. So, it's pretty interesting, right? And it obviously is basing this on me right now cuz it's assuming that the business is based on [5:53] me. You have the expansionist. Everyone's right that the format is weak. You can see it You can see it here. You have the outsider who'll give you the opposite, and then you have the executor on how to pull it together. So, it's going to take all five opinions. I won't read through it cuz you guys can pause and read. I don't want to waste your time with that. It's going to take it to the chairman's verdict. So, you see that it's broken up into critical friction. You have your actual risk, and you have the highest impact move. So, your story is the asset on a weekly [6:12] call, the slice of 40K that wants to build what you build will pay you far more than $49 for a path to do it. So, stack the offer instead of flying it so cheaper free front end that grows the email list, feeds a premium outcome-based program, and before you build anything, of course, long term, pre-sell a time-boxed paid pilot so the market tells you the conversion rate of you guys did. So, literally to give you the straight bare-bones answers. It's taking everything and synthesizing synthesizing the information. The chairman is giving you an actual verdict. And what it's telling you is real. If you think about it, use [6:36] something that's free to continue to grow your to you use the lead magnet grow your email list, build up that real audience, right? And you're going to basically stack your offer from there. So, you're going to go from free, then you're going to build that into a paid uh program. And over that again, it's telling you pre-sell a time-boxed paid pilot. So, create something you can sell to test the market. [music] For me, for example, I did my uh event. 150 tickets, sold 15. I'm This is only small to prove that the market demand was there. Now, you can take and extrapolate and go from there out further. And of course, before [7:02] that I did a year of free content. So again, it's giving you the actual framework here. And of course, it's it's basing it on me right now cuz it thinks the business is for me cuz we didn't give any other context. It's also giving you the Monday morning action plan, which is something I told you I built in that was separate. And it's telling you hey, by the next 7 days, what can you do? It's giving you five steps you can follow. And then of course, it now it's giving you here, if you want to take this even further, here's some more things you can provide to us and help us [7:23] with if we want to take it to the next step. And it's giving you five questions to answer to help continue to refine and make this idea even better. Now, with all those being said, let's go back to AI Council cuz again, you can go back and add as many chats as you want. Let me give you a second scenario. This is a [7:35] real scenario that people are facing. Now, whether it's customer support or anything else in general, basically what you're asking is like, hey, should we hire two full-time people at 40,000 per year to answer our calls, or should we invest 15 grand up front to build an AI-powered customer support agent integrated within our database? This is one of the most real questions you can ask because I know a lot of people watching this right now are trying to figure out how to implement AI into their business. So, here's a scenario I created for you to understand how this can work and how this type of counsel can help debate for you. Again, keep in [7:59] mind if we feed it your pitch deck, your business, your website, a few more details about you, the answers will come out even more custom to exactly what you're doing. So, again, AI council finished round of session here in part one, which is the debate. You have all five roles here. You have your chairman's verdict based on again critical friction, the unveiled risk, and the leverage point. And of course, [8:15] you have your actual action action plan. So, it's literally telling you build the agent once, then sell and teach it. You have the distribution so again, it's based on me. It's a nav. You have the distribution and the market. That turns a cost center to a product. No one else in your decision has this option. Think about [snorts] how smart this is. It's pulling from everything it knows about me and telling you like not only should you build this and do it and pay it, turn around and sell it after cuz you have a built-in audience for this that [8:36] will want to pay for this exact product. You'll get your money back. It's a small It's a small uh investment for you. But the ROI, the return on investment could be huge for you. Think about what we just built. In two minutes, we set up an entire AI council. We put all the instructions in right here. Yeah, we gear this to your exact business. You have five different roles. You have the chairman. You have everything here to kind of vet and help you with your [8:54] ideas, your concepts. Should you invest? Should you build? Should you go to market? What should you do with your ideas? Now, it's all here for free inside of Claude. All runs inside of Claude. It's a brand new project for you. You can use it any day you want, anytime you want, and they'll always be there for [music] you. And that's the key. You have five different people and a chairman that don't will not try to [9:11] agree with you or be a yes-man for you. They will try to actually help you build, monetize, and scale your business. Now, before I set you off, the thing I promised at the start, right? How do you frame the question? That changes everything. Most people open the council and type, "I have got this idea I'm really excited about. Here's why I [9:25] think it will work. What do you think?" You just told five advisors the answer you want. And even the contrarian softens. Here's the shift. Strip every ounce of excitement out of your prompt. Do not say I have a great idea. Say we are evaluating whether to do this or not. Then give the facts, the goal, and the constraints like a case file. No adjectives and no selling at all. When you hand the council a neutral case instead of a pitch, the debate gets sharp and the verdict becomes more honest. That one change is the difference between a council that fights for the truth and a council that just [9:51] agrees with you in five different voices. So, your homework right now, because you know I love to give homework, think of the one business decision you are currently sitting on. And you offer a pricing change, a content pivot, a hire, whatever the case may be. Open Claude, set up the AI council project using the instructions in the description, and run that decision through tonight. I promise you the output will surprise you. If you want this built and customized for your specific business right now, that's exactly what I do inside of Build With Naf. We get on a session, we build the real thing, and you leave with it [10:16] running. The link for that is in the description. And of course, now that you know how to make better decisions with AI, the [music] next step is executing on them without a full team. I made a video on how to replace your entire marketing team with Claude, so go and watch that one next. And please don't forget to like, comment, subscribe. I have so much more coming. I want to help you build, monetize, and scale your business with AI. So, hit me up if you [10:32] have any questions. --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI (https://viewrankai.com).
