# How Muslims Start 1-Person AI Businesses (With A Full-Time Job) Channel: Zaurbek Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jYWRv2z-Ok Duration: 7 min Language: English Words: 1512 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/3jYWRv2z-Ok --- [0:00] A lot of people watching this, they have a full-time job. They cannot just go full-time on the business and spend like 6 months just learning the AI and then work like 4 hours every single day delivering on the work and stay up to date. It's for most people like it doesn't really work. So really the main skills to learn is how to get the clients and how to outsource it to people for this business. That's kind of [0:20] the main things. Let's say I have a 9 to5 job. I'm pretty busy. How can I do this? So this is designed specifically for people who have a 9 to5 who are very busy potentially they tried to start an online business before and maybe didn't work right maybe it was whatever influencer marketing e-commerce freelancing whatever it is and they are seeing this opportunity of AI and they want to give it a shot that's usually the type of people that we we like to work with cuz that's basically who I was in the past that's who a lot of our coaches were a lot of our most [0:51] successful student they're all within that profile they they had a job decently comfortable, tried online businesses before, it never really worked and they're ready to dedicate time to it. On average, we ask our members around two to three hours a day on average. So it can be sometimes a little bit less in the week, more on the weekends, whatever like people are able to manage, but you just need to have enough momentum to take off. If you have less than that is just not realistic. like we cannot promise results because unless you're someone who is really good at business and you're really talented and you can [1:26] do you can work two times faster than the average person then okay maybe you're going to get results but most people they're not like this most people they're going to do a lot of mistakes along the way we help them go faster by just coaching them analyzing every step of what they do basically week one I'll just walk you through the road map right how we operate in week one our goal is to help you get the website ready mh and get your offer So from week one essentially and people even if you guys don't join the program you can still follow this road map because this is [1:55] like an action-driven road map. Week one of starting the business your goal is to get the offer get the niche and build your website. So by the end of week one you need to have your website done. It's not going to be perfect. It's not going to be optimized. You just need to have something to get started have some direction and over time you're going to [2:09] tweak it. But week one you do this. Week two you learn how to sell it to clients. Mhm. So you need to have either a demo or a pitch, something where you understand how to talk to clients about it. That's week two. So you learn about like how to deliver on the services. You don't need to be an expert at it. Again, you just need to know a little bit more than what the clients know and then we're going to [2:27] outsource it later. But that's the end of week two. And starting from week three till like we have like a 90-day window to to try to get the first client. From week three to week 12 essentially, it's all about outreaching to clients. It's all about client acquisition. So every single day if you have like two to three hours a day just grinding on outreaches, reaching out, cold calls, either making content, whatever, we have like there's multiple strategies on how to land a client, you have to pick one and just grind at it. And technically for most people, if you stay consistent at it, right, for like around 3 months, you're [3:01] consistently every single day trying to reach out to a business owner. We're not trying to reach out to like Elon Musk or something like this or we're trying to reach out to local business owners. It's not an impossible thing that is crazy to achieve. Simple. If you reach out enough, you do enough volume, you're going to get to them, they're going to see what you have to offer. You ask them a few questions. You try to identify what do you need help with. And from there, you're going to propose them an offer that is proven in the market. You can copy paste whatever other agencies are doing. We're not trying to rebuild a [3:31] crazy new startup that the world has never seen. You can literally copy paste the other offers of other agencies cuz it's service- based. Businesses need all the same thing. If if one agency is selling a website, another agency can also sell a website, right? Or one agency sells voice agents, automations, you can sell the same thing as they're selling. You can just do it in a [3:50] different CT with different clients. That's essentially what it is. And you you just stick to it. And once you get a client replying, you get them on a call. On the call, you ask them questions. Then you prepare a proposal. You jump on a second call. You share the proposal, the timeline, price, everything. And if they agree, you get the developer. He does the work. you manage it in a [4:08] nutshell. That's the system. And uh how how did you learn it? Because I mean you had the software engineer background, right? So how did you learn all of this? So it's a combination of a few things. So I had my software engineering background. So I knew how to code and I knew how to do like um apps, automations, things like this. To be honest, it didn't help me that much because I I'm the way I run the business now is mostly through outsourcing. So we get a client, I don't do anything [4:35] anymore. Like my philosophy with this business is I want this to be something that I can just outsource and spend as little time as possible on it. And for a lot of people that work with as well, they have a jobs, right? A lot of people watching this, they have a full-time job. They cannot just go full-time on the business and spend like six months just learning the AI and then work like four hours every single day delivering on the work and stay up to date. It's for most people like it doesn't really work. So really the main skills to learn is how to get the clients and how to outsource [5:05] it to people for this business. That's kind of the main things. So for me at the beginning I was doing everything myself. Then I learned how to outsource because I had this community. I would just test out the developers and it was a lot of trial and errors. The best thing to learn business is you just jump into it and you try and you I was [5:24] watching a lot of YouTube videos. Obviously I had the past like five years of trying businesses as well. So this gave me some experience even though none of those businesses were were really successful. They all made a little bit of money like a few thousand dollars each but never like to that scale. So this gave me enough foundation to get started. After this I joined like a a coaching program basically like a mentorship program uh around AI and AI agencies like how to scale an AI agency. So this gave me more understanding of the sales side of things cuz my sales process was super weak back then. I I would literally just [5:56] like jump on a call with clients and I would on the fly I would try to come up with something and I didn't have a clear process that that was the part that was missing for me. I I was doing a lot of things based on intuition and obviously this is not good because like I was not analyzing what I was doing. I was not [6:11] reflecting enough on what I was doing. So it was enough to get me to a certain level but not not to improve more than this. I see. And this is yeah basically all the things combined personal experience YouTube coaching that was the main if you want me and my team to be in the corner while you're doing this helping you guiding you through every step go on the link in the description um accelerator.com/apply just apply there it takes 30 seconds we're going to review your application we'll talk to you we'll see if we can help you inshallah --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI (https://viewrankai.com).
