In this video, I'll walk you through step-by-step exactly how to use the AI to build your custom store. That way, by the end of this video, you're going to have a fully built-out Shopify store ready to go. The AI is also going to load winning products onto the store for you. It's going to link your supplier. It's going

And more importantly, it's the exact same theme that we used to scale to 3.9 million dollars with a great conversion rate and great website speed. You definitely want to be following along in this video step-by-step. Let's get right into it. So, if you guys don't know me, I've been

[0:40] in the e-com space for over 7 years now. I've generated over 250,000 orders across multiple stores. And we're currently scaling up a company called Haven Golf Company, which I document every single month on YouTube. I fully reveal everything. It's all building in public, which is really cool. So, you guys should check that out [music] after. So, with that being said, in my experience, this is the best free AI store builder out [music] there. It's good enough for me to actually use the theme. So, let me walk you through it right now. So, we're going to go on this website called storebuild.ai, and you can also grab that down below in the

[1:10] description. Just click on the link, and then you guys can follow along. All right, so we land on the landing page here, and you get to pick your niche. And you can choose to pick a niche that they have as an option here. But, if you don't like any of these niches, and you already have one in mind that you want to change to, it doesn't matter at all because the store is 100% yours. [music] What that means is that you can change anything that you want about the store, the theme, the products, the images, all of that. So, it doesn't really matter which niche that you're wanting to go

[1:35] into right in the beginning. The most important part is getting your store up and running, and also built on a great theme. So, once you're here with me, we're going to click on clothing for our niche. And now, we're going to fill out the information. So, Austin, we're going to put our email. Type both of those things in, and make sure to use an email that isn't fully registered or hasn't been registered with Shopify because it won't actually work. Since it is a partnership with Shopify, it's requiring you to use a brand new email, that way we can transfer the store's theme onto your store. We'll fill this out and then

[2:03] just click on claim my store. So, now we come onto this page where we get to pick a color. So, we can choose orange, green, blue, or red. Again, all the selections that we make here, you can change later on down the road, so it's not the biggest deal. I'm just going to choose green as our base one here, and then we're going to hit next. Now, we get to choose our banner. Since we chose clothing, these are the ones that are going to be generated for us. I'm going to go ahead and click this one cuz it's

[2:24] actually kind of matching the green. Now, the AI software is building the store. Takes about 30 seconds here. All right, so our store is now ready. We're just going to click on claim my store. So, now we have to create the Shopify account. We need to create our Shopify account, that way we can upload all of the pre-selections and the theme onto your store. Scroll down until you see create my Shopify account. Click on the link. It should automatically populate the email that you signed up with for you. And if it doesn't, just make sure you double-check that. Now, we're signing up for our Shopify account, and

[2:52] we're going to hit start for free. Then, you're going to just going to choose a password like you do to create any other account online. Now, Shopify requires a subscription, obviously, but good news for you guys, I do have a special plan in partnership with Shopify. You can actually completely start this for free. You get three full days for free. Make sure you like the theme. Make sure everything looks really good to you. And then after that, it's only a dollar per month for the first three months, which is an insane deal cuz Shopify normally charges $39 a month. This promotion makes it very easy to get started in a

[3:20] lower barrier to entry cuz it's only $3 for over 90 days of building out your Shopify store. This is super important to sign up for because if you do not, you literally can't open your store and you can't start selling. So, that's the whole point of it. All right, then we're just going to hit subscribe for $1. Again, it's 3 days for free, so you can check out the store and everything. And then after that, it's only a dollar per month for 3 months. Now, we get to choose our Shopify plan. There is the basic plan, there's the grow plan, and the advanced. All you need is the basic

[3:46] plan. Don't go for the grow or advanced. There's no point to it. It's more expensive. It's only really nice when you start doing like maybe 100 to 500 orders a day. Then you start saving on some credit card costs and things like that. But if you're just starting out, you definitely don't need this. Just go with the basic. Now it's going to ask if you want to upgrade the POS. No, cuz I'm assuming most of you guys do not have brick and mortar stores and you do not need this. So we'll hit not now. All right, so what can we help you do? It doesn't matter. Let's hit skip. That's

[4:12] just a survey from Shopify. So let's get back to the bill here. All right, so now we've created our Shopify account. Welcome to Shopify, where do you want to start? So this is the whole back end of Shopify. If you guys have never seen it, I'll explain a little bit about it later on this video. This is where you do all of your maintenance to your store. You check on your analytics, your finances, products, customers, all that stuff. So now that we've done that, we're going to go back onto the other tab where we're going to finish our store build. So back onto that software page. So we already

[4:35] created our Shopify account. We started our trial. We're good to go. Let's hit next. Now we have to link our Shopify store to the software. So in the second tab that we just have open now in our Shopify dashboard and admin, what we're going to do is just copy this. So control C or whatever you're on. And then paste it right in here. Click away, hit save. Then you'll hit next. And what this does is it gives the link of your store to the software so we can upload the theme. Now here's where we're going to add our winning products. So the

[5:02] Zendrop app is what we need to install. It's not only your supplier, but it also adds products for you and it's the thing that uploads the theme. Just click on add winning products and it's already going to be logged into your new Shopify store that you created. This is the Zendrop app. So this is the Shopify app store and then you just hit install. All right, so now I have to do the install page on Shopify specifically. They need access to the data, the products so we can edit the customer products, orders, and all that stuff. That's all normal for fulfillment as well as editing

[5:31] products when they are your supplier. All you have to do here is click install. All right, so now we're going to finish our setup and start selling on our store. You can do it through Zendrop Plus and you can do it through Shopify. So I'm just going to continue on Shopify here. Now it's going to go to approve the subscription and a A of people ask me a ton of questions about this. It

[5:47] says up to a maximum of $79 per 30 days. The way that ZenDrop charges for fulfillment is solely based on how many products you have added onto your store. So, 0 to 10 products is free. You're not going to get charged for ZenDrop. Anything over 10 products that they're fulfilling for and that are on your store, that's when the plan starts scaling up up to a maximum of $79. So, essentially, right now it's free, but if you're scaling and you're adding [music] more products and all that stuff, then they charge you for fulfillment. But, right now you're not going to get charged by the way. Just want to make

[6:15] that clear cuz I get a lot of questions on that. So, we'll just go ahead and hit approve. Okay, so now it's going to take us to the page of complete your store setup. We're going to click on continue there and it's going to bring us back onto that software that's finishing out the job here and building your premium theme. We're pretty much done for the most part. So, we'll just click on receive store since we already installed the ZenDrop app. Again, if you don't install it, it literally cannot put the store theme onto your Shopify site. So, make sure to do that. All right, final

[6:39] step. We're almost there. We need to go live. So, what that means is that we remove the password onto our Shopify store, the storefront, not the back end where you do all the management and all that stuff. It's so that people can actually go onto your website and use your domain, right? When they type in your URL, it will take them to your store instead of being locked behind a password. Now, the AI software is publishing the theme onto our store and it's getting everything set up for us and adding our products. Now, we got the little check mark here and we are good

[7:06] to go. So, we'll just hit next. Congrats, your store is ready. So, all we have to do now is like I was saying before, remove the password for the online store and then we're essentially live. That's how easy it is. So, click on remove password. You can see here it says to let anyone access your online store, you need to add your store address, then remove your password. So, we're going to add our address here. And I also get a lot of questions about this because a lot of people don't have business addresses. You can use your personal address here. It's not the thing that's actually going to be shown

[7:32] when someone places an order. It's not going to be like revealed. It's just the back end of Shopify in your account. They just need [music] to know, you know, where you're at, especially when they're processing payments for you. I personally use a virtual mailing address for all of my business, which you guys should look into, but uh you can definitely just use your home address here. So, once we got all that figured out and filled out, then just click on save business address. And now we can remove that password, so we just click on this little toggle here, [music] and the password is removed, and people can

[7:57] access our online store now. All right, we've got that done, so let's go back onto the store build tab here. So, we're ready to go. Click on make my first sale. Essentially, our store is fully done though right now. You can sign up for Zen Drop and get a really good deal for $197 for a year. You get $200 in order credits. What that means is the first $200 in product [music] costs that you sell will be covered, so it's essentially free when you start making sales. If you don't want to do this right now, and you're not really fully ready, then all you have to do is click

[8:23] decline the one-time offer. And now we've got the option to use our free ad spy tool. This is actually a software that me and my team built. It's called adlibrary.io. Um if you guys want to do like product research and competitor research, it's a really cool tool. So, it's shows every single company on Facebook that's running ads, and you can filter by their winning ads, you can save them, you can download them. So, for example, if I type in Bad Birdy, uh one of our competitors, we can look at every single ad that they're running right now and past [music] and like essentially historical ads. Now we can filter by

[8:53] winners and do some deep dive and research of what advertisements are working for them, and then you can recreate them for yourself, which is really cool. If you like an ad, you can click into it, and then you get the ad copy, their landing page, more ads that are just like this that they're running, save them, add them to boards, share download all that stuff. So, this part of the tool is completely free. You guys should check it out. I think it's really useful, especially just looking up your competitors and figuring out what kind of advertisements you want to create. If you want to check it out, I'll leave it

[9:20] down below in the description. All right, so now we're done. We can click back onto our Shopify uh dashboard here, and then we can take a look at our store. So, if we click into the online store section on the sales channels, you see that the Zen Drop theme was added, and we can edit the theme, and you can see here also that the selections that we made for the colors and all that stuff uh have populated through. This is the entire Shopify editor. This is where you change everything that you want to about your homepage, your store, your products, your images, all that stuff, the look and feel of your website. So,

[9:50] when you click onto your product, you can see that everything's been uploaded. We've got our images, we've got our full description here uh already optimized for the product, a bunch of different widgets and things like that to help you sell with reviews and all that stuff. Now, your store is fully set up and essentially ready to go. But, now let me cover a really good product layout structure that you guys can just copy from me that's been working for us for years and has been the one that's

[10:13] generating $3.9 million. I'll show you how to do it very quickly. It's super simple. So, let's go ahead and do that so you can really like pump up and optimize your website. All right. So, let's build out your product page. Let's copy the exact same theme that we are doing on Haven. Now, if I still have you here and I still have your attention, this is probably one of the most important things. So, make sure to do this before you leave this video at least because your product page is essentially the salesman of your website. And if you don't have a good one, it's not going to convert that

[10:39] well, and you're going to be like, "Why is this not working?" More times often than not, I don't think I said that correctly, this is the issue, though. Plus, you're going to learn a little bit how to navigate in the Shopify back end on how to like adjust your products and everything in the layout of your store. All right. So, on the left side, there's a product information. So, this is everything that's in the product section, which is all of this right here. So, this is the layout that I like to do. Title, text, or reviews, price, Kiwi sizing. This might not be relevant to you if you're not doing clothing. I

[11:08] have an urgency text. So, you had a sale going on. We've got our variant picker. So, this is like your sizing. Then we've got our buy buttons, icon with text and collapsible rows. So, to copy this exact layout and remove the things that you don't need, like if you don't need an urgency text, then you don't need one. And if you don't need these variants or the size charts you're not selling in the clothing niche, then just completely ignore those, but you can copy all the rest of it. And so, how you do this is just click on add block, and then all of the blocks that I'm using currently on

[11:33] the left side here are in the theme already built in. So, that's why I was saying it was a premium theme. You have basically everything that you could possibly need to build out a really good landing page. I'll just show you how it works really fast because you guys can just copy this exact layout and structure. We've tested a [music] bunch of different ones, and this one works really, really well. But, when you're in your own product page, when you're building this out, to copy this layout, just click on add blocks, and you can also remove blocks if needed. Let's throw in a text. So, that text block

[11:59] will show up right here. That's where you have it. And if we move it down, it'll be below the title. And then on the right side is where you do all the customization. So, you can say the ghost to, you know, or whatever you need to say about your product. And that's how you're going to design your store. It's

[12:11] very, very easy to do. Um I'll delete that here. Don't want to mess up our theme. All you have to do is add blocks into your product page here, make it look really clean, uh nothing too fancy. I don't recommend having timers on your store. They're too gimmicky, in my opinion. It hurts conversion rate, unless you're actually having like a really important sale going on, or it's a holiday, or something like that. I would actually, this is the simplest thing to do. Take a screenshot of this, look at it, copy it

[12:36] right now. Just copy this exact layout. So, you've got our icons, like we were talking about. Have little icons here, a text. This is a very, very standard layout. Converts very well. You have the description in the collapsible row. So, when you click on it, it'll show the description of the product. Again, it's all editable right here. Uh same with size and fit, and returns and exchanges, and this is all relevant to your business and what product that you're selling. So, you have to fill it out on your own, obviously, because I don't

[13:02] know what product that you want to sell. But, having this layout looks really, really clean. Then I've also got a collections below. So, if you have different products in your store, you can throw them in here. It's like men's hats, women's, and it's scrollable on mobile. Then we also have our Instagram below, which uh you should have an Instagram up, especially if you're selling and running paid ads, because

[13:21] it's very important for social proof. And then below that, all we have is reviews, and And it. So, that is a simple layout that converts extremely well. Definitely make sure to copy this because we've tested a bunch of different variations and this one converts the best. And in terms of your homepage and editing the way that it looks on here, if you do like this, then you can just copy this as well. So, take

[13:40] a little screenshot on the left side. I'm not going to go over all of it cuz it's it'd be hours, right? [music] To like fully build that with you and it wouldn't really make sense because I don't know what product you're selling. But, if you like the way that our homepage looks, especially on mobile, then I would just copy everything on the left side as well. All you have to do after copying all of it is put in your own copy. You can use ChatGPT for that and your own images of your products and any photos that you have. Again, if you don't have a photographer and you don't

[14:04] have that budget, just use ChatGPT to generate some really nice images that you can throw on here. And the last thing that I want to talk about that is very important to do is fulfillment. Once you start selling products, you need to have that product get to your customer in a timely manner and no issues in between. Otherwise, you're going to get chargebacks, people returning products, complaints, all that stuff and that is not what you want. If you followed along with this video and you've got the AI store builder, Zendrop is already going to be linked onto your store for you. And so, Zendrop is going

[14:30] to be the one that's fulfilling all of your products. You don't have to do touch it [music] essentially at all. Let me show you this. If you go into your orders, let's say you make your first sale, you post an ad organic or something like that, your order will show up right here and then on the right

[14:43] side, you can click on auto fulfillment. So, every time you make a sale, Zendrop will handle it and they'll send out the product for you. All you have to think about is building out your website, testing products, and your marketing. They make it very, very easy to do so and all of the products that are on your store now are already linked onto Zendrop. So, it's basically a setup for you. And if you want to add any new products and use them as a supplier, you can just go into the find products section and then look for whatever you want. So, you can type in golf. You can

[15:07] choose where it ships from. You can say China or US if you want faster shipping. It's totally up to you. What's really nice about them is they own their own warehouses. They've got warehouses in Miami and also in China. So, you can choose which one that you want to be shipping from. Scroll through any of the products that you want and let's say you want to sell this uh ball marker right here. You just click on add to my products, then click on publish to my store. It's going to upload the product image as well as the full description, and it's already going to be linked

[15:33] supplier-wise. So, if you do sell it, then they're going to fulfill it for you. All right, so there you go. That's how easy it is to build a store with AI that's converting on a premium theme for free. And I know this is like the tip of the iceberg, but taking the first step in building that store is really one of the most important things. If you can finish your store build, you're going to feel like you own it more, and it's actually something that you want to pursue. And that's where a lot of the success comes from when people are
