# 7 GrokBot Agents to Run 95% of Your Life Channel: Jack Roberts Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Vscrsz89MY Duration: 23 min Language: English Words: 5602 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/2Vscrsz89MY --- [0:00] Seven Grokster agents that you can build today that will save you hours of work every week. You don't need any technical skills. If you can talk, you can build and use these today. I will do all of them together step-by-step. And if you're new, I'm Jack. I built and sold my last tech startup with like a gazillion customers. If you haven't already, grab that beautiful coffee and let's dive straight in. Now, the Grokster agents are actually the easy part. What's really most important is understanding the systems across these levels that are going to change how you work forever. Beginning with level one and getting increasingly more powerful [0:31] and capable as we go. Let's kick off with the first one, which is something called the spam shield. Now, people already doing this. The spam shield is an agent that watches your back and saves you time and money. It blocks scam emails, rescues mail from spam, and can even take your personal number off any scam sites. I had this running myself inside Grokster and I'll be sharing a link with this down below so you can build all these bots alongside me. Now, when I ran the spam shield, it pulled 21 emails out of my spam that weren't actually spam. One of them was a contract waiting for my signature. It [1:04] flagged two possible frauds, a contractor whose payment detail changed seven times, and it checked 12 people people finder sites and didn't see my number on any of them, fortunately. Now, the spam shield itself will read your inbox every morning and your spam folder. It will go through any legitimate emails and flag anything that's suspicious or fraudulent, find your number online, and then also remove any requests that you could possibly want online for your number. Now, what's really interesting here and a lot of people get this wrong is they think that Google itself is catching this stuff in your inbox, in your junk, and that your number's genuinely private. That's [1:39] actually not the case. This filter does not do a good job and you could have potentially incredible contracts going in your inbox that are just on not being answered right now. I even found an example contract that was in spam. You can think of the spam shield as your guardian. It sits at the door and only lets things inside that should be there and things that shouldn't it can help you eject it. And just like you wouldn't want fraudsters or troublemakers earn spam shield agent will help you stop that also. And to set it up, paste in the bot card, connect the apps, and then let it run once every day at 7:00. Now, [2:08] to set this up, click the link down below, come down to the bot card, and just wait to come down and literally copy this. Then head over to Grok Bot, paste in the prompt, and let's just use Glider to say something. "Hey there, I'd like to go ahead and create for me a spam bot like the below." And then what you need to do is just give it information. So, "I would like you to check for this phone number and these email addresses." Just like that. And if you aren't connected with your Google Mail and your Outlook, just connect those to Grok, especially those inboxes you don't use. So, essentially Grok Bot [2:35] is going to be working in the background finding you deal value and actually protecting you in a lot of different ways. Now, protecting against scams and spam is one thing, but if you don't have a due diligence agent on your team, you could be leaving literally thousands of dollars on the table and hours every single week. Now, due diligence agent checks everything before you actually sign. For me personally, it actually found in a sponsor contract something that was quite alarming, and it did all [3:00] of this for me completely proactively. The The best way to sort of think about him is think of it as a background checker. This one has got your back. So, before you do anything, you have an agent inside Grok Bot that's looking into it, that's doing research, cross-referencing, and does everything for you proactively. Now, what's really cool about this skill is it will look up any person, any company, and read the contract that could potentially cost you and find things that you might have missed yourself. It always checks if they are. So, if you give it a name, it checks for places, it checks registers, reviews, acts, and the news cuz you [3:31] don't know anything about that company potentially or what they've done. It also reads the fine print and is trained to go ahead and do that and guide uh Grok Bot to that for you. And it spots essentially stuff that doesn't match. It flags where the contract and the facts might disagree, and it asks you any questions before taking any actions whatsoever. Now, most people think that [3:49] Googling something is completely fine. In reality, Google doesn't actually show you the full picture, which is why you need to go a step further. And what makes this really cool is the fact that Grokbot is proactive. So, to use this, come over to this website, come down, and literally copy this prompt like so, and then head over to Grokbot. Then simply paste it in and give it the following instructions. "Hey there, I'd like to create for me a wonderful due diligence bot, and I would like it to be proactive and every day find opportunities on which you could help me be better and anything to do with [4:18] contracts or any interactions or people I'm working with, I want you to be my second pair of eyes." And obviously, you can give it these additional details if you want to, and then Grokbot will go ahead and create a due diligence agent. So, the bottom line here is you need a due diligence agent that's working for you around the clock and as a second pair of eyes. And to set it up, you paste the bot card in, connect it to your core apps, and then you can let it run. Now, before I show you exactly what's at level three, I need to show you a tip that's going to save you some [4:44] money straight away inside Grokbot. Now, the question is, "When should I actually create a new Grokbot versus having a conversation with the chief all of the time?" Well, there's only three reasons why you would do that. Rule number one is that it needs its own memory. So, its notes would clutter up another bot, right? Because it's learning lots of interesting things. The second one is it might need different missions. Maybe it's got read access versus write access. And thirdly, it's got its own clock. So, it runs on a specific time window based on a specific trigger. If it doesn't hit some of these or need any [5:14] of these requirements, you don't actually need to create a new bot. You can just use your chief of staff bot instead. Now, what's really important to look at next is level three. Now, level three is the social media management bot, which can do a lot of incredible things for you. Now, Grokbot is specifically positioned as a really great social media manager because it has direct access to X, which is where lots of trends live. And I use this system, for example, to generate an account with over 85,000 followers on Instagram that helps me generate some really good views. Now, there is a big [5:44] uh misconception that people hold here. And that's it, you think that I need to post more to get more customers, it isn't necessarily just posting that gets customers. They actually come from replies and engagements on short-form content. And it's the flywheel of not just getting, for example, views and likes, but getting comments. And those comments themselves can lead on to emails. So, every person here, for example, that drops a comment on my social media platform, actually then gets a DM from me, and from that you can go ahead, get their emails, and then go on to offer more and more value, and then if you wish you can sell them to [6:15] your services. So, imagine a world-class marketer that can not only help you find what is going viral right now on the planet, it can actually post it for you on Instagram, TikTok, all the different platforms as well, like YouTube, but then also actually nurture those, grab emails, and do that. And to do that, we're going to use a really incredible piece of software called Blotato. And when you equip Grok with Blotato, it doesn't just allow you to physically schedule posts on any platform that you want to, you can also replace ManyChat as well. Because if you don't have a scheduling software available within Grok Bot, you're just going to be [6:49] wasting way too many hours. So, the first thing we're going to do is this. Hey there, I would like you to connect to my Blotato account, and I want to give you a new API key to do that, please. Now, all you can do very simply is actually provide an API key to Grok Bot from Blotato, and then that will enable you to literally connect to all of your services. So, once you've signed in to Blotato, on the left-hand side, come down to accounts. Once you're in accounts, you will see all of your accounts added there, and you can very easily just click on connect account, [7:17] pick the account you want to connect to, say, for example, Instagram, go through the entire process, and then essentially you can be connected, and it says it wants to connect, you allow that. And once you've done that, you can now schedule posts for everything inside Blotato. Then we'll just need to grab the API keys, so click on developer platform, on the bottom left click on settings. Once you're in settings, you can find API, so click on that, and then literally, once you've done that, you can copy your API key. Then, when you're inside, literally Grok Bot itself has opened this new thing, so we can just [7:43] paste it in there. And this is basically stored securely, so Grockit will never actually see that API key, and then you can submit it. And then I can say, "Hey there, could you confirm that you're connected to Blotato?" And I'm showing this because if you want to grow on social media platforms, you need to be using automations, and literally this [7:58] will take it to a completely new level. And just like that, Grockit has confirmed that it is fully connected. But then now we want to grow our social media, so what we can do on the left-hand side, if you come down here to DM automations, you're going to come over here and then click on new automation like so. And you can pick a connected account, so let's say Instagram, which is where we're going to do these. And the flow name could just be, say, auto DM links, like so. And then click on create a flow. And what's really cool is we can even set up an [8:21] automation when somebody drops me a DM. I get so many DMs every single day, so I can come down and click on when somebody sends me a DM, I can click on this, and I might just say, if I say something like, I don't know, um AI. Because I might say, "Hey, if you want to learn [8:33] more about this, comment AI down below." So I can say, "If the DM has the message AI inside it, I can then say, do I want them to have to follow me before I say that?" I can say absolutely yes. I can customize the message. Button label is I'm following, which means that they need to go ahead and do that. And then maybe you want to get an email address, [8:50] you can specify that, too, if you like. That's always usually quite a good thing, because if they leave that basically the DMs, you can actually follow up on emails, as well. And then here might be a link to further coaching, so I'm just come down here and put a link, let's say for example to my community. So let's say I want to share this with people, let's say I copy the link, I come back over to Blotato, I'm [9:06] going to drop in that web URL like so. And once it's done, it's all finished now. If I click on publish, for example, like so, click on save, and then we can push this one live ourselves. And obviously, we can just power and supercharge up Grockit with all of these things, and because we've got the API connection, we can do all of this inside Grockit, as well. So this might be send a DM, and once again, you can drop the key phrase, and again, we can manage this through Grockit. So you could say, for example, "Hey there, go and create me a wonderful post on this new brand [9:31] new black jumper that Jack is wearing, and then I want you to set up for me a DM automation as well for the keyword jumper for my Glider account. And just like that, I can go ahead it will create the post for us and then actually build the automation with blood titan. And the other really cool thing we can do to supercharge this is say, "Hey, I would like it to go ahead and find for me what are the five biggest trending topics in the AI space right now. Go ahead and check X and give me the TLDR." And just like that, Grok has now actually [9:57] searched X, which is where news breaks. You can see we've got things on Anthropic news, vibe coding, open AI launch. On top of that, Grok can also go ahead for you and create basically any kind of training database you want to. This is an example of something I did on the AI space. As you can see, it's got a lot of information about a lot of different people on YouTube, how they're [10:13] performing, what videos they're doing. And you can manage all of this intelligence inside Grok. So, the key is that you need something that is doing the marketing and also the customer funnel at the same time if you really want to leverage Grok to its fullest potential. Again, to do it, we drop an API key in, we add it to Grok bar, and then you can ask any questions you want to. Now, getting leads is one thing, but making money can be something else, which is why level four is going to be all about the deal hunter. And this is one of the most underrated ones out [10:40] there. Effectively, the deal hunter is something that gets you the best price or the best quality or the best candidates for the thing that you're looking at. It will email suppliers for quotes, haggle, and only will buy things if you approve. For me, for example, who's moving home, my deal hunter Grok bot went ahead, looked at my moving wish list, it found nine local suppliers, and the of the three prices I think I had, and wrote 12 quote requests, and then sent none of them all waiting for my approval. Now, what's really cool inside Grok bot is that you can give it things like, "Hey there, I want you to go ahead [11:11] and create an email address." Now, a lot of people think that AI is not good at haggling, but this is exactly the perfect thing that Grok bot is excellent at because it can actually create its own email address. For example, you can say, "Hey there, I want you to create for me a haggle bot and have your own email address that you can communicate with suppliers." And then all you do is come down here, click on this one like so, and then you get my deal hunter bot, and just copy this prompt. Then you can come down and drop it in, and it'll create for you a deal hunting bot that [11:37] can now actually send emails for you on your behalf. And it has its own inbox, it can get you three different quotes at the same time, and it can really help bring the price down for you. So, you're literally negotiating and haggling on autopilot. It's literally sent saving you money. And it could be for anything. It could be, "I need a Instagram strategist, right?" Or, "I need a YouTube strategist." Or, "I'm moving home." Whatever the thing is, it can find as many quotes as possible, research them, and then push the price down. And if you want to, you can give it the ability to buy things, and it [12:05] will only do so if you approve. So, to fully leverage this buying Grok haggle bot, give it a company email, a spending limit, and it will get quotes, haggle, and then you can sign in to check that you're happy with it. To build it in three steps, just copy the link I gave you, connect any of the apps like X Money, which is a really ace way for it to pay for things, give it its own inbox, give it its own budget, and then you can let it run. And to connect to X Money, so your haggle bot actually have an account, just say, "I want to connect [12:29] to X Money." And you can come down and click authorize. And I think this actually is where these bots get fun, right? Because if you give them a spending budget and say that your job is to get me XYZ, and this is your budget, you kind of treat them essentially like employees. And then you can grab the X Money app, just copy the code that's here, or open X Money, and then you can actually assign a budget now to Grok, so it can negotiate and buy things for you on your behalf, and you can specify any of the approvals that you like. And if this all sounds like I'm speaking [12:55] Spanish, I'll put a link down below for my full agentic operating system and AI master class that takes you from learning everything about AI foundations, Grok bot hacks, using Claude, using Codex, building apps, building beautiful websites in a very straight line. And you also get access to my agentic operating system that has access to everything from my memory systems that bring in all of the chats from Grok, from Hermes, from Claude into one simple place that you can chat with [13:20] and do as many things as you want to. And you can also manage and connect Grok bot Hermes dots, or anything from one individual location, so getting you light years ahead of everybody else. But, I'll put a link down below so you can grab that straight away. But, now you're saving money. That won't mean anything unless you actually know where those finances are being spent, which is why level five is the CFO bot. Now, your CFO watches every single dollar. And in my case, it found an affiliate power of almost $2,000 that I'd never even touched. It found three bills that I can cut that are going to save me literally [13:52] thousands of dollars. And on top of that, it founds me a tool that charges me $60 minimum for about $13 of use. So, that's going to instantaneously save me money. Now, most people think that you can just put $30 into Grok Bot and let it run massively. But, the truth is that you do get a weekly reliance, but if you don't set the routines up properly, you can burn through that very quickly. And on top of that, burn through many other things, which is why the CFO is so handy. Basically, what it'll do is a couple of things. The first thing it will do is watch what every single bot [14:20] is costing you. Okay, it shows you how much each bot each bot is actually using. Then it will cut the waste to spot routine it's um read your numbers and read only, and then give you a dynamic dashboard every week. And for me, it went into my inbox. It checked multiple different things to make sure that I was set up and fine. So, think of [14:35] this as hiring your own AI accountant. He sits there, his only job is to look at everything that you've got, what the bots are are costing you, and you can even connect it to things like your bank, like Mercury or PayPal. It can't touch the money, so it has no hands. It's literally intelligence, eyes, and communication only. Now, to build it, we're going to start by just copying the bot card. So, here I'm coming over to [14:56] CFM. I'm going to click on the bot card. And I've also included the little links here for you, by the way, about exactly how you connect it. You can connect QuickBooks, Robinhood, all these different apps, which I do recommend that you do cuz it will give it the more data, generally speaking, the better. It might find that you're paying for something twice in multiple different places. I personally, guys, I must be keeping Apple in business with the [15:14] number of Apple subscriptions I've got. And all you're going to do is copy this single prompt like so. Swing back over to Grok Bot and drop it in. Now, once you've done that, you're going to connect it to any apps that you've got, and then you can run it and let it go every single bot. So, I might come down here and say, "Hey there, I would like you to go ahead and connect to Mercury and PayPal for me, please." And then I can ask it to create me a new bot, and as you can see, I've got the CFO on the left-hand side, which is an AI whose [15:36] sole and only purpose is to make sure that I'm saving as much money as humanly possible. And just like that, we just have to authorize Mercury, and then also connect it to PayPal if you'd like. And now you know where every number is going. There is one big catch. Uh and that's that the bots don't really have a long-term and super accurate way of remembering things, which is where the brain comes. And this is something I haven't seen anybody else really talk about, and yet it's one of the most powerful features. Now, the brain gives your bots one shared memory, and actually solves one of Grok Bot's [16:06] largest problems. Now, most people I think that Grok Bot remembers everything, but that's not true. Actually, it keeps a summary uh locked inside each of the individual bots that you have. And if you ask for an exact quote, you'll often get a guess, which is why we need to use something like this to solve that. Now, this is where Grok Bot's memory falls short. It's okay at remembering things like Jack lives in Dubai, or Jack loves coffee, but it can't remember information like transcripts from videos that you think are important, or transcripts from meeting notes, or specific financial data or information that you want to remember. And let's say that you wanted [16:39] to track a YouTube channel, you couldn't say, "Show me every video with a 2x outlier score," for example. And so, while Grok Bot is good at its kind of local memory, it doesn't have a shared global memory that Grok Bot agent can access. And this section of video is kindly sponsored by MongoDB. Now, to solve that, we're going to be using MongoDB, which you can connect immediately to Grok Bot. Now, you may be sending me things like very complicated contracts with a Brazilian different [17:06] clauses, or lots of different databases. What's very cool about MongoDB is that you can store it exactly as it is once you connect it to Grok Bot. And what I most like about this is you can search and vector search at the same time. What does that basically mean in English? It means that you can ask it questions like hey, what was the data on the 17th of [17:24] July and you can also search by meaning. So for example, when you connect MongoDB to Grock Bot, you can say which one of my clients has the highest churn risk and this is kind of like a place where you can keep this data and essentially once you connect to Grock Bot, you can do many things. Now to get started, head over to Grock Bot and say "Hey there, I would like to connect to MongoDB. Let me know what you need to do that." And I'm sharing this because effectively anytime you want to connect to any service inside Grock Bot, you can just ask that question. And so explained simply, [17:53] essentially each bot is forgetting what the others are doing. We're going to give them one shared brain. You can ask it the questions like that. It can find one note that it needs and then also what's really cool about this guys is that your other AIs can read it. So for example, if we have this beautiful universal source of truth, we can then access it from Claude and ChatGPT and just expand the connectivity that we have with Grock Bot. Now, my Grock Bot itself is connected. The first thing it will ask you for is an API key, which you can grab. And by the way, if you [18:20] want to hack, you can actually say "Hey there, I want you to open up your window so I can sign into MongoDB." Which you can get started for completely for free and it'll open up a browser. You can sign into it and you can actually go through and click things on page to help you set up anything that you need. Now as you can see guys, it will open up. I can click take over and now I can actually sign into my account and manage things. As you can see, just log in like so. And when you're connected, I might say something like "Hey there, I want [18:46] you to go over to the Jack Roberts YouTube channel and I want you to grab my last 20 videos and just get all the relevant information on the views and likes and comments and anything else that you need and I want you to store that for me in MongoDB." Now you don't need to do any kind of, you know, like specific like, you know, think about schema or matter. You can just hand it the data and Grock will look after that inside MongoDB to make sure that you can access it anytime you want to and all the other bots can do the exact same thing. So I want you to think of So, [19:13] think of this like your company librarian, okay? Now, each bot's memory is a notebook in its pocket. MongoDB is for us the library. It can file everything word for word. Every bot has a key to access it. So, the AI can be put on your laptop and you can access it with different AIs. So, you use it. You're going to make a project. You can add Grok Bot to it. And literally, uh you can make it so that only the brain can write the memories. So, it retains everything. So, every bot has to go through the memory bot to create something. So, for example, you might [19:41] say something like, "Remember this video link. Save it to the brain as notes." You could say, "Hey, recall. What do I know about pricing?" You could even from your laptop say, "Hey, read my notes in MongoDB and write a one-page brief in terms of limits." And the cool thing is MongoDB also has this thing called Atlas Infinite. And effectively, what that means is that your pricing will scale dynamically. So, when your app blows up, it grows without you basically paying for what you don't need. Which basically means as your app grows, you're not going to be paying for the bits that you don't actually need. Because it treats [20:10] like the number of requests that you give and the amount of data that you serve differently. Just all that fancy speak to say that it's kind of intelligent pricing. As you scale up, if you do need to hit those tiers. And what's cool about doing this right now is that basically MongoDB 9.0 is, to give you a quick TLDR, the best version of MongoDB that's existed. Um effectively, when every bot wakes up, 9.0 queues the rush and keeps the most important work first. So, basically, it will make sure that it it schedules the most important stuff. Um it's very cool cuz it's got very good up time. And [20:37] obviously, it gives you a lots of room to grow as your app with any of the apps or personal assistant stuff that you're doing. Now, having a centralized memory system is one thing. But if you don't have a chief operating bot, the chief of staff that runs the team, and actually has an agentic operating system, you're basically never going to get the full amount of value out of it. So, the chief of staff itself is a pretty powerful bot. For example, when I was filming this video, I spoke to my chief and I said, "Hey, are we in a great position to do this?" And what's really cool [21:02] about the chief of staff is it will orchestrate. And think of it like you have a company, okay? And in the company, you've got a CEO. And this is your CEO. And underneath that CEO is your finance guy, your marketing guy, your head of coffee. We all need a head of coffee, let's be honest. And a chief of staff is that coordinator. So, you don't have to interact necessarily with the AI employees directly. We can just use this chief of staff, and it can tell me, "Hey Jack, this isn't ready. This is ready." Whatever you need. Now, effectively, it is one bot that runs the team. And you get a brief every morning [21:31] at 8:00 a.m. with whatever you need. You can literally just have your laptop to send that jobs. And this works whether you're on your phone or your laptop. And then the results can come back through MongoDB if you want to, if you're accessing that brain. And this is one of the biggest misconception, cuz everyone thinks, "I need as many agents as humanly possible." But that's just not true, because six bots means you have six chats, six different context windows to keep up with, and it's just way more chaotic than having one that has a complete bird's-eye view of the entire situation. And so, think of your chief [21:56] of staff as your head of your business that reads every report and supports you. But what you really need, if you want to get to the highest levels, is using a genetic operating system, because actually, guys, Grok bot is fantastic, but sometimes it only captures a certain part of our context, right? Cuz if I had it with all my memory system here, as if for instance, and maybe I want to pop this up and have a quick look at this. But I can have conversations with anything I need. I can chat with Claude, I can chat with ChatGPT, I can have conversations with Hermes very easily, and it will [22:23] dynamically route it to whichever model needs a context. So, in your genetic operating system, you can basically say, "Hey, um what is the best strategy for growth?" And it will dynamically understand which is the best system to go to. But the real key problem that we have with the systems is that they all have individual contexts, right? If I look at this, for example, here are my Claude notes, right? Here are all my [22:43] stuff from ChatGPT. Here are my skills. Here are my meetings. Here's my Notion notes. Here's my conversations with Grok, and then I've got dots, and then I've got Hermes agent, and it can all be lost. Which is why having one universal land that you can ask questions to, store memory globally across all of your apps, and then come down and check on your dashboard for usage for things like Grokbar, Claude, and Codex really [23:04] elevates you to a completely new level. Now, to leverage this properly is actually quite straightforward, and we're going to do that together inside this video right here. --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI (https://viewrankai.com).
