# Why Your Website Is Losing Money (And How AI Can Fix It) Channel: Local SEO Tactics Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1m-I0vkojIA Duration: 11 min Language: English Words: 1699 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/1m-I0vkojIA --- [0:08] Hey, uh we're going to talk today about why your site is losing money. And I'm going to show you two an example of two sites pretty much sell the same things. One um one offers service actually, so they're they're high-end uh diesel um diesel products that you would use on uh if you're familiar with the truck industry, power strokes, Duramax, uh Dodge Cummins uh type products that go on these these pickup trucks. Again, an unusual niche for most of us, but um two different companies, two different [0:45] routes, uh everything that goes with it. Uh so, Dave's Auto Center is a great client of ours. Uh they've been a client for one form or the other for about 12 years. Um they started implementing AI on their site about 4 months ago, and we're seeing great results for them. Um pretty pretty sizable increase in revenue. Uh I'll give you some other stats here in a little bit. And then uh we're going to use another uh site here, but we're going to block out their name and stuff, so they um they don't um look bad. We'd love to have them as a client. We're working on [1:24] getting them as a client. But that being said, um we're going to block out all the relevant information here, but uh two different two different entities. Um so, a couple of stats with uh Dave's, um they're they get about 1,200 AI interactions a month. Um both these sites have about the same traffic uh from what we can tell from the third-party tools that we use. Um but that being the case, uh Dave gets about 1,200 AI interactions, about um 3 to 400 what we call lead gen opportunities. And what that's defined as, when somebody ask about a specific product, we can bring up the URL in the chat, and [2:14] they can click on it, and then there's a thing on there called UTM attribution, meaning that if they click on it and they in turn buy, we we can attribute that to an AI interaction, if that makes sense. Uh and then there's also other dynamics. Uh in Dave's case, there's probably um anywhere from 30 to 50 uh people that raise their hand say, "I would like a quote on an engine rebuild." Uh which is engine rebuilds are pretty sizable. They're they start at probably 10,000, and they work up to 20,000, depending on the features that you want uh for your engine. And then if it's installed, uh it can go up from [2:57] there. So, um two different deals, and we're going to talk about um a product called a Banks Monster Intake. If I could spell, huh? [3:18] Okay. So, again, both of these have um Banks Monster Let me just correct this. Intake. So, both sites have um you know, pretty good search deals, okay? So, what this this Monster Intake is, it's used in Cummins engines, and there's a couple of reasons you want to replace it. One, you're going to get a better, you know, you're going to get better performance out of your engine. Uh two, there is a component within the OEM that is notorious for failing after so many miles or so some so long a length of time and when it fails it falls in the engine and takes out the engine. It's [4:04] like a literally a 20 cent nut that it's made out of it's held in place by a plastic component that degrades and then that nut falls in and destroys the engine. So there's a couple reasons as if you own one of these Cummins engines that's why you want to switch this. Think all the way up to 2025. Not to nerd out but I just want to give you some context as to why why you're switching this out. So both have the same product same price. Here's what's different about Dave's and this is what I believe causes quite a bit of revenue and potentially revenue increase with [4:47] with their site, okay? And they have our AI on it. So what we've done is we've emulated Dave's voice. If you're not familiar with Dave um Let's go out to the YouTube real quick here. And I just want to give you some reference to um Dave he's he's a done an incredible thing with his business in that I just want you to hear his voice so we [5:17] have some context here. Sick sweet motor though. It's it's just a shame. Woah woah woah woah woah. Look at that. What's up with that? Okay, so that's Dave's. He's a great guy and Miles his son they they've got a great business great team in building that that whole business up. Dave has just to give you some context about 8.8 million followers through all the socials YouTube Facebook the whole [5:42] nine yards. So he drives a a of potent traffic to his uh to his website, him and Miles. So, let's click on Dave's cuz I want to know why I need one of these Banks um Monster uh power intakes. [6:02] Hey, I'm AI Dave, Dave's Auto Virtual Guide. Whom do I have the pleasure of working with today? Hi Dave, my name is Bob. Thanks, Bob. What can I help you with today? Yeah, I am uh I have a 2023 uh Dodge Cummins 6.7 and uh I'm interested in getting a Monster Ram intake system. Just wondering I I just wondering why [6:27] why do I need it? All right, Bob. The Monster Ram intake system for your 2023 Dodge Cummins 6.7 is designed to improve airflow to your engine. This can help boost performance, increase efficiency, and support better throttle response. It's especially useful if you're looking for more power or planning other upgrades. Would you like details on pricing and availability for your exact truck? And just to be sure, is your Dodge a pickup or a [6:57] chassis cab? Uh it's a pickup. And the other question I have is isn't there some kind of a nut or something that's in the OEM that if you're you know, if you're doing this, it helps offset or prevent that nut from dropping into the engine? [7:16] Great question, Bob. Yes, in the OEM intake system, there's a known issue with a nut or bolt that can drop into the engine causing serious damage. Some aftermarket solutions like the Monster Ram intake or certain upgrade kits help eliminate that risk by removing or redesigning the problematic hardware inside the intake. This way, you keep the heater functionality and [7:40] avoid the risk of that nut dropping in. Would you like the price and details for the Monster Ram intake for your 2023 Cummins pickup? Yeah. Can I get your phone number so Dave's team can follow up with exact details and pricing? Yeah, so this is this is another good point. Obviously, he's collecting information. Um which is important uh to help the customer, but also in the future what we'll be doing here what we'll be rolling this out this week is we're going to be um we're going to be putting um we're going to be texting. So, he has A2P approval. So, what that means is um [8:20] if uh if the customer likes and wants to give us their their number, we will text that information to them. So, all they have to do is click on it. They can order it uh again, making life uh a little bit easier. Next, I'd like to hop to what some of these leads look like and how that interface um uh works with uh Dave's team in terms of getting them critical information on projects. I'm going to pause for a second. We're going to hop into the [8:47] interface. Okay, so here's here's an interface and this happens like I said, probably between 40 and 50 times a month. So, here's somebody that has inquired about an engine. Uh I'm thinking of buying a 2006 F F350 uh Powerstroke. Um Dave's responds, "Great choice." Owner claims it spun a bearing. The install price for a tow monster engine varies by build and vehicle details, so Dave's team can [9:19] follow up on this. Um can I get your name? Zane. Okay. Zane. Um and then we're going to block this out here, obviously. Uh so, Zane gives his phone number. Uh Dave's gives a price around $12,775 for a Power Stroke engine. Um thank you. I would prefer you to have you install the motor. Oh, you're welcome, Zane. I've noticed you want [9:46] Dave's team to install the tow monster. They'll contact you. Phone number uh and next steps uh uh within a short period of time. So, when you have that level of interface uh [snorts] going on with people uh on your site, your chances of doing business are much higher. And you know, I don't know what time of the day that this occurred. So, literally this occurred what? 10 10 to midnight on a Sunday night. So, I know what Zane's story is. I'm sure, you know, he works hard and um you know, wants to get his vehicle fixed. And again, you can be doing business effectively, you know, all the [10:25] time. So, um this is our system. We'd love to work with you to help uh help you increase your business. If you have any comments, go ahead and throw them below. If you need any help with your business in terms of increasing revenue, you got to have a site traffic. So, if you have no site traffic, [10:45] AI isn't really going to help you. So, we can help you in that area as well. But uh feel free to reach out to us at intrix.com or you can contact us through leadgrab.ai. Uh and both those vehicles will help you uh increase your business. Hope hopefully this helps, but I believe this is the future in terms of you know, sites being more effective, giving answers to people so they can do [11:10] business with you. Thanks.
