The agent confirmed that my client could provide all requested services, arranged follow-up email, and everything else. So, as you go through this, there's a full dialogue. Person says, "Do you offer turnkey project?" Uh our person answers, "We offer turnkey pallet racking projects including design, engineering, installation, project management." And then it goes on to ask, "What type of racking or services are you interested in?" Okay? And then the client states, "Our company is planning

[1:49] to relocate from our current warehouse to a new facility with uh storage capacity of approximately 1,300 pallet positions. We are looking for a company that can provide comprehensive turnkey services for the project including the supply of used pallet racking rather than simple supplying pallet racking. And then it talks it asks about the location, company name, um and then ultimately they provide their their contact name email information. So, what

[2:16] is a 1,300 pallet position project? Well, that could be between 100 and 250,000 dollars depending on how it's set up. I know the material handling industry is something like that should have a a GP of anywhere from 20 to 30%.
